I just used some white bedsheets to get a ‘clean’ background.

Can I just say what a relief to uncover somebody that really understands what they are talking about over the internet. You actually realize how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More and more people should read this and understand this side of your story. I was surprised you aren’t more popular because you certainly have the gift.
